Where does your merchandise originate from?
We receive merchandise from 30 or more stores all over the United States.
Why are there varying prices for the same item?
Due to the numerous stores and costs, prices may vary even on an identical item. If we get it cheaper – so do you. Sometimes, a package or box may have been previously opened, provided that the contents are in tact, you will received added discounts on already opened merchandise.
How often do you receive merchandise in your stores?
Our Stores receive multiple deliveries of merchandise 5 days a week. There is new merchandise being stocked daily. Keep in touch with us and visit often, we do offer sales from time to time.
I’ve seen an item in your store that I wanted to buy, but couldn’t purchase it at that time. When I returned it was gone. Will you get another?
Some of the items you will see at littlelots are one-of-a-kind items that we may never receive again. If you see something in the store that you would like to own, we encourage you to purchase it at that time. Merchandise sells quickly there’s no guarantee that when you return, the item will still be there.
I’ve seen an item in your store that I wanted to buy, can you hold it for me until I can purchase it?
To be fair to all customers we will not hold any items that have not been paid for.
I occasionally see damaged or inventory with missing items in stock at your store. Why are these for sale?
We believe that this type of inventory still holds great value for our customer’s needs, even if damaged or missing pieces. Usually this merchandise will be sold with deeper discounts.
If I purchase a large item that will not fit in my vehicle, can I come back and pick it up at a later time?
We will hold a purchased item for a maximum of 5 days, as long as the item has been paid for.
Can you help me load a large item into my vehicle?
We can help you to load a large item onto your vehicle but we are not liable for damage to the item or vehicle.
What is your refund policy? Our return policy is essentially you get what you buy (basically, all sales are final). However, if you purchase a boxed item that has damaged contents or a missing part, we do our best to replace the part: Items must be returned within 2 weeks with your receipt. For example, if you bought exercise equipment that is unassembled and already boxed, and your discover that a part is missing, we will do our best to replace the part for you. If we can’t replace the part, we’ll allow you to return it.
